About Rosie Motene

Celebrity Rosie Tebogo Motene is an accomplished actress in theatre, television and film, a TV soapy star and well known presenter, and a great MC. As a board member of (People Opposing Women Abuse) POWA, Childline and The Tomorrow Trust, she is also involved in campaigning against women and child abuse in South Africa. Rosie also supports the Global campaign for education and has written a personal story in the big read which occurred in 2009. During 2009, Rosie became a supporter of the 1goal-education for all campaign, which is a campaign aiming to get 75 million children across the world into classrooms, the campaign was initiated by FIFA and will run in conjunction with the 2010 World cup, the
reason for this is that after the final whistle has blown, we will still leave a legacy behind, a legacy for education.

Rosie has been rated as one of SA's most stylish women and has graced the covers of many local and international magazines.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dramatic Arts (Honours) from The University of the Witwatersrand.

Services

Television and video

The company specializes in the production of corporate training videos. I will provide the production side of things, from formulating a budget, arranging the shoot, the script, the actual shoot, hiring of equipment and crew and the post production. The crew, production team, and post-production team will be outsourced and the budget will include their fees.

Media and presenter training:

This will include training for television and media interviews.
These sessions are up to four hours long, depending on numbers and are charged on a per person basis.

The training includes work on the following:
1.Posture
2.Eye contact.
3.Speech.
4.Composure and delivery
5.Wardrobe.

On completion of the training the client will take a training DVD of themselves as well as a training package. These sessions are done at a production facility, availability and times will depend on them. If the client is situated outside of Johannesburg, arrangements can be made but an additional cost will be added for crew and equipment hiring, travel costs and accommodation!

Goals & Objectives

In the future I would like to have taken part in the transformation of the empowerment of women and the girl child. Educate as many people as possible on what abuse is about, creating an awareness of self empowerment.

I am to produce content that is particular to these topics and that can have a universal understanding.

Target Group

I aim to provide services to individuals in the television and video industry. I have begun my work in South Africa but aim to extend my expertise across Africa. With my travels and work across the continent I have seen that there is a strong need for the training and synchronicity between South Africa and the rest of Africa. My target groups would be those wishing to break into the television market, those involved in the television market who wants to expand on their craft.

Through my motivational talks, I want to reach as many people as possible and spread my story and journey of over coming abuse and bringing an end to it!
